Abstract

The management who children have extensively detructed primary anterior teeth is clinician's real headache, as in nursing-bottle caries, rampnt cries, and developmental detecs, etc.. Numerous techniques and materials were described by many author, but there is no techniques to enough satisfaction the retention and esthetic problem. Thus this paper described a technique for the utilization of custom screw post and strip crown methods a severely destructive primary maxillary anterior teeth. We consider this methods is simple and provide good mechanical retention by screw and provide esthetics on extensively destructed primary teeth by use of celluloid strip crown form.
